No licence to rape a woman who appears to be promiscuous: SC

This should probably rank as one of the mose weirdest ruling the Supreme court of India had to ever give. What is more weird is that the Uttar Pradesh High court had actually given the opposite overdict some time ago and had acquitted a rapist!! Bravo!!

Contrary to the previous commenter, I didn't see anything wrong with this topic... or any topic of yours for that matter. I enjoy reading your blog and I often learn of new things.

@Anon - Hmmm... the general practice is that there should be substantiating statements for negative remarks :)... so please substantiate!! Secondly, is the remark triggered by this post or is it a general remark? If it is by this post, then I certainly will not agree. I think it is important to know about some of the crazy rulings by our courts. The ruling by the high court is pretty ridiculous!!

@ Jeevitha - mikka mikka nandri hai!! for jumping to my defense :)

Yea... negative comments need solid reasoning. But any appreciation... u r most welcome!! Isn't that wat all bloggers seek?? At least this blogger... A mere satisfaction to quench his ego...

Talk about the most trivial stuffs.. starting from dasavatharam to why sujatha has written sm dialog in sm movie...

There are stuffs which need ur time and thinkin... these r def not one... but hey... who am i to say... aren't u the critically thinkin bloggers... parse every minute thing in this world... and apply ur brains to it... wow !!

Y dont u all maintain a journal and write "Manathiruku varuvathelam"... Oops how will ppl read then??? Where will my attention seeking ego get its fodder...

MERE HUMANS

Behind locked doors, its no one but U. Once you are out in the open, you lose that privilege. In fact that's the whole point of my argument.

Criticism not supported by evidence is pointless. Thats the root of the contention. If you don't want to provide evidence but just say thats what you feel, you are most welcome to say so.

Resorting to weird arguments like ego satisfaction and narcissism is fun if the intended sarcasm is obvious. Otherwise, it is boring. Please reply (and talk about the thing about evidence) if you have anything more to say and lets end the argument there.

ok this is getting absurd...
the last anon comment is not from me (anon2)...

"Resorting to weird arguments like ego satisfaction and narcissism is fun if the intended sarcasm is obvious. Otherwise, it is boring."

It was neither sarcasm nor intended for fun. Though, can't help it if u feel its boring :)
The point I tried to make was, we all seek attention and we can't survive without attention.
It is ironic that the blogging world just feeds to this craving.

Would it be possible for you to clearly state the reasons behind why you blog? Or may be explain why you write on a particular topic? Then, may be I will be able to see your side of the arguement.

And about the other point which you make, For instance, if I comment on your post abt dasavatharam that the movie was nothing but crap (with detailed reasoning, which u firmly insist) will u be able to accept it?? you will stick to ur views, i will stick to mine. We end up having a huge arguement. So the pt is, it doesn't matter if i give u a reason or not, it is not easy for ppl to accept it.

kandu pidichitten kandu pidichitten.... nan sonna andha missing part enna nu kandu pidichitten...

was reading ur older posts(4de 2n time) i mean 2006.... the percentage of experience and tots is more than "data" where as nower days i find more of videos, news, info rather than experience and imaginative stuff...

the correct action, and few other posts contradicts my statement but seeing over all... i think u started quoting things more than writing urself...

* i gues im spammin ur blog... i wil reduce my frequency of comments wit this one being the last 4now:)
