Ahara suddhau sattva suddhih
Sattva suddhau dhruva smrtih
Smrtilambhe sarvagranthinam vipramoksah
When the food to mind / senses is clean, mind is in sattva state!
When the mind is in sattva, ones divine nature is recognized!
When that is done, all knots we face in life are resolved!
